Terms Of Service:

Welcome to the Terms of Service for Chipeo Customs. By using or accessing the Webstore, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") as a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer") and the Webstore.

Ownership of Products

All products available for purchase on the Webstore, including but not limited to, game server plugins, mods, and add-ons ("Products"), are the sole property of the Webstore and its creators. By purchasing a Product, the Customer does not acquire any ownership or intellectual property rights to the Product.

License

The Webstore grants the Customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Products solely for personal use on their game server(s). The Customer may not distribute, share, or modify any Products purchased from the Webstore without the express written permission of the Webstore.

Prohibited Actions

The following actions are prohibited and may result in the termination of the Customer's account and/or legal action:

a)  Sharing, distributing, or reselling Products purchased from the Webstore without the express written permission of the Webstore.

b) Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or modifying any Products purchased from the Webstore.

c) Using any Products purchased from the Webstore to violate any laws or regulations, including but not limited to, copyright infringement, fraud, or hacking.

Refunds

All sales are final, and refunds will not be granted unless required by applicable law or expressly stated by the Webstore. The Webstore reserves the right to refuse refunds on a case-by-case basis.

Limitation of Liability

The Webstore shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Products or the Webstore, even if the Webstore has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification

The Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Webstore and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with the Customer's use of the Products or the Webstore.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Webstore is located, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the jurisdiction in which the Webstore is located.

Changes to Terms

The Webstore reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and the modified Terms shall be effective immediately upon posting. The Customer's continued use of the Webstore following any such modification constitutes their agreement to be bound by the modified Terms.

By purchasing any Products from the Webstore, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If the Customer does not agree to these Terms, they should not purchase any Products from the Webstore.
